Account Setup

Before proceeding with API integration, please contact your Account Manager or Technical Implementation Engineer at Coindirect to create either your sandbox or live account and activate it.

Once your AM or TIM confirm that they have created and activated your business account:

  • You will receive a Welcome email

  • You will need to sign in to the account and enable Two-factor authentication (2FA) on the Settings -> Security/2FA page. This is a mandatory action

Once you have enabled 2FA, you will be able to reconfigure it in the future:
