# Environments

In addition to the Live environment, Coindorect also provides developers with a test environment - Sandbox. Thus, developers can use the Sandbox environment to develop and test integration with the Coindirect API.

The Sandbox environment and the Live environment are independent environments and are not connected to each other in any way.

We only support **Ropsten** ETH testnet for an end to end processing on Sandbox due to other networks instabilities.

## MetaMask

Use the below link to setup a [MetaMask](https://metamask.io/download.html) Ethereum Wallet on yuor device and use it to Send and Receive Ether in Sandbox:
